Construction supervision

Construction supervision is a mandatory participant in the implementation of construction. It includes:

•  lawful commencement of construction;
•  checking the legality of the welded constructions in the plot;
•  completeness and correct drawing up of acts and protocols during construction, according to Ordinance No. 3 on drawing up acts and protocols during construction;
•  implementation of the constructions, in accordance with the approved investment projects and the requirements under Art. 169, para. 1 and para. 2 of the ZUT;
•  environmental protection during construction;
•  preventing damage to third parties and property as a result of the construction;
•  control of the suitability of constructions for their commissioning, according to Ordinance No. 2 for the commissioning of constructions on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria;
•  quality control of the input construction materials and products and their compliance with the essential requirements;
•  control for the correct execution of construction and assembly works;
•  compliance with the conditions for labor safety according to the construction organization project and the current legislation;
•  preparation and completion of the necessary documentation for putting the finished building into operation;
•  preparation of technical passport of the building;
•  drawing up a final report to the relevant Municipality, DNSK and RDNSK, on ​​the basis of which a Certificate of Commissioning is issued, resp. Permission to use.
